Upon completion of your personalized survey, a written report will encapsulate the consultant’s findings. At a minimum the report will consist of an executive summary which summarizes the maintenance contractor’s performance, an estimation of the remaining useful life of the equipment, and any recommendations for upgrade, modernization or code compliance. In addition, a maintenance deficiency list detailing any and all deficient items that are the responsibility of the elevator maintenance contractor (under the terms of a full maintenance contract) will be included along with photographic illustrations.
